Kasie Houff, BSN, RN

Kasie was my lifeline during my mom’s long journey through dementia. She always had a smile and an easy competence when she arrived. She was also always doing extra for us-bags of vegetables, stuffed animals for my mom to cuddle, handmade quilts, and even small bags of treats. It was such a difficult time, but Kasie made all the difference. Her quick smile, her careful care, and her laughter brought joy into the hard, long days and nights.
