Kasieh always took care of me very well physically but I wanted to mainly nominate her for how she was there for me mentally and emotionally. After being in the hospital for a suicide attempt and struggling with depression for years, Kasieh was always there for me whether I needed to talk, be cheered up, or just needed a shoulder to cry on. Whenever I had her as my nurse there was no one else I felt more comfortable or safe with, in all aspects – physically and mentally. I had one night that I couldn’t sleep because I was so upset and I was just laying there crying. Kasieh came over to me and talked through everything with me and comforted me for almost 2 hours until 3:30 in the morning. Every time I had her she would always go out of her way to take the best possible care of me whether or not it was part of what she was required for just her job. Being in the hospital for 6 weeks is extremely difficult and Kasieh is one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to get through it.
