When I arrived at the hospital filled with uncertainty, the first nurse I saw who cared for me was Kassy. From that day on, I saw her every morning and she made me feel increasingly calm and confident that I was in the best hands. We shared personal experiences, she was always realistic and positive, and her enthusiasm was truly genuine whenever the medical team brought good news. One day, when they were taking too long to come get me for an ultrasound, she took the right steps to speed up the process. Kassy is incredible. I am certain she touches the lives of all her patients and I will always remember her.
