From the very first time I met Kassi she went out of her way to help me. She cares, educates, and has compassion for her patients. She helped me with some follow up with physicians, and when I received my medicine I felt we were in it together. She kept up with me and always knew what was going on. I had been through some things and I was scared and felt alone. She cared and that made the difference. She has to be one of the best nurses you have. She treated me with dignity and respect. She leads daily, and I appreciate her fine efforts.
