My mother has been here with multiple fractures, extreme pain, and complications. One night Kasandra was her nurse and was by far the best staff experience. Her bedside manner was amazing and gentle. She definitely took the patient’s experience first and foremost. She is soft-spoken, comforting, and the most experienced nurse we have had.

I was taken aback by Kassandra's kindness, extraordinary patience, and compassion with my elderly mother. I can’t emphasize enough how she embodies everything Baptist stands for.
