Kassidy Reynolds went above and beyond to take care me on two visits to the Tehachapi ER. Two weeks ago, I was told that I needed a transfusion. Her sense of humor and kindness were very helpful. Yesterday, I needed another transfusion and was very upset & nervous. The nurse assigned to my room was nice but tied up. Two hours went by with and my wife went out to inquire. Kassidy happened to be there, saw, and remembered us. She came in and we explained the situation. She took it upon herself to research and help us. Her attitude and knowledge were amazing. She made me feel cared for and safe.
