When I first became ill, I came to the ER. I didn't hesitate to come to our new Troy Hospital because of the great care I had received at Kettering Hospital in the past. On that day, I received very professional care in the ER. The initial staff that greeted me to the ER doctor that treated me were very professional and diagnosed my condition rather quickly. When I left that day, I felt very confident that I had received the proper direction to treat my issues.
Unfortunately, two weeks later I had to make the decision to return to the ER. I knew that I had a serious issue and would more than likely be readmitted. Because of my care two weeks prior, I felt confident in trusting our new hospital to my care. Once again, the ER staff was amazing, and they chose to admit me.
I was greeted on the 3rd floor by Kassie Cothran and Megan Rittenhouse. These two ladies were very professional and knowledgeable but most of all extremely kind. I was not feeling the greatest and their special care and attention made me feel very comfortable and at home. They made me feel like they truly cared about me. I felt like I could call them for anything and that they would respond with a smile. That means a lot when you don't feel well.
I truly believe that you have two gems in these two ladies. They are just what you need to represent our new Troy Hospital in a positive light.
Because of my experience, mostly involving these two, I will positively recommend that my friends and family use this hospital for their needs.
