I don't think words could EVER be enough to explain how much the support and words of encouragement that your nurse, Kat, has meant to me. She was a constant pillar of encouragement when I just didn't think I could go on. Here comes Kat telling me that I will get through this and how everything will be ok and then here comes the fountain of tears. Mine, of course, but she has always been a source of strength and comfort and given me the courage to go on. I feel that there are nurses who definitely do their job and they do it well but there are nurses that you know that GOD has put them "EXACTLY" where they are supposed to be and that would be Kat. I would get so excited when I would see her name on the board of who would be my nurse and who would be my tech! So I don't know much about this award but what I do know is that Kat Kamyab does her job with love and most of all with care and compassion. I have been left unable to walk as a result of a bad surgery. It has been a very traumatic experience but I have to say that Kat has made it a whole lot easier. I thank God for her and people dedicated like she is.
