Kat is a professional and outstanding nurse who consistently demonstrates respect, empathy, and individualized care. I am not an easy person to convince, but with her patience and determination, she has me seriously considering and reviewing the pneumonia vaccine, something I never thought I would do. Coming from a background where trust does not come easily, Kat made it possible for me to feel safe placing my trust in her.
