Ms. Kathy was very attentive and was kind to me. Kathy would use her knowledge in medicine to manage my pain better. Whenever I needed a dose I never had to push the call button, Kathy would already be in my room with my medication.
Kathy came to me one night with treats in her hand to brighten up my day. It was a very kind gesture.
Kathy needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. A personality like Kathy's is what every hospital needs more of. Kathy is wonderful!
