Katarzyna (Kasia) Glinska, BSN, RN

It is difficult to select one situation because there have been so many. Kasia goes above and beyond to assist her co-workers with complex, difficult situations. She works well with SW and RN CM to assist with safe discharge planning. She is helpful to new RNs in regards to training. Kasia offers help to other RNs when they are busy or overwhelmed with a case. She assists with motivating doctors to discharge patients when medically appropriate. She is one of the BEST charge nurses I've seen. She does not shy away from being a leader. Kasia deserves to be honored and receive this award.
