Kate Brew, RN

St. Vincent Healthcare would like to recognize Kate Brew as the February 2022 DAISY Winner. Kate was recognized for her compassion and for being extremely knowledgeable. She was able to assist a patient during their time in the hospital and even when the patient went home. “When I went to give myself insulin at home I had a vial and syringes. I had no idea what to do,” the DAISY Award nominator wrote. “I called the nurses station and Kate was able to talk me through the procedure. She was awesome! Kate is a credit to St. Vincent’s Hospital and is extremely deserving of the DAISY Award!” Thank you, Kate, for your outstanding commitment to our patients.
