Kate Dillon, BSN, RN

Kate provided a super personable hospital experience for us. As a first-time parent whose kid had to go to the NICU not even 24 hours after birth, she made us feel completely comfortable, explaining everything in detail for us. Kate not only made sure our son was in the best care, but us as well. She has been part of the NICU team for about 2.5 years and has grown in her role on the night shift. She was recently recognized by the Clinical Supervisor team and appointed as Team Leader to grow into a resource for others.
