Kate is always willing to go above and beyond, she is always looking at the bigger picture and will support her team by coming in to help on her days off and constantly picking up extra so her team is not short-handed.  When she sees a fellow RN struggling, she will offer help and will take over the patient and provide care. The patients she cares for will praise Kate for being compassionate, explaining things in a way they will understand, giving them the power to make decisions, and will advocate for them when they cannot.  Kate is an absolute pleasure to work with, providing exceptional teamwork and care.
