What a difference it makes in a day to have a competent caretaker. Kate was exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable, and she always checked to make sure everything was in place before she left the room. When I arrived on the fifth floor, Kate was amazing! She took the time and made sure I understood what was going on. She went over each of my medicines and explained why they were changing the time of when my medicines were given. She made sure I understood what was going on. Kate is very competent and compassionate. She always respected me and called me by name. She was an excellent nurse! P.S. I am an 85-year-old mom, grandma, and great-grandma. I have many, many allergic reactions to medications and I am exceptionally careful when someone wants to change mine. Kate was so reassuring during this process. I love my family!
