Kate made me feel safe from day one. She was very inviting. She truly cares about her job. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She just made my stay a lot easier.

I came into the hospital with the desire to get out as fast as I could. Kate made sure I had the pain medication I needed. She was always a step ahead of me, like refilling my water and making sure I had food to take my pain medication. I used my call light very little because she had everything covered. I am a retired nurse, and her organizational skills were awesome. She showed she cared by sticking to my plan to get out. She made sure I was aware of my part of the recovery. She is a shining star among nurses.
