Having a baby in NICU is a very difficult time for a family especially a mom. Kate was very compassionate to us and showed great kindness towards our baby and us. She knew how important is was for me to breast feed my baby and made every attempt possible to help me out. She went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure I understood the test results and my baby's care plan. She always had a smile on her face and an encouraging word for me.
