Katelin Bedosky, RN

Katelin Bedosky demonstrated her excellent leadership skills on an inexperienced and understaffed weekend, which I found extremely impressive. With little to no experience being a charge nurse, especially on a specialty unit, and a new grad nurse and a traveler as her fellow nurses, Katelin handled two simultaneous rapid responses that resulted in both patients going to the ICU and cardioversion at the bedside with utter grace. Katelin literally took charge, making it look like she had been charge 100 times.
