Katelyn Chase, RN

Katelyn was amazing with my mom. She was compassionate, courteous, and answered all of my questions. When she noticed my mom had some sores she made me aware of them and offered advice. She also told us what supplies to use at home to avoid the wounds. She even showed me an example. She never made me feel like she was too busy to help us or answer more questions. When my mom was getting admitted she explained what tests were run and what we could expect. She even told me the nurse's name that would be taking over my mom's care upstairs. She was just amazing.
