I wanted you to know how grateful we all were to be able to have our last hours with mom under the tender care of your associates. From a clear, communicative doctor, all the ER team (xray, lab, nursing staff and more) and especially the kind care of Kim and Tammy. All the folks on the Med Surg floor were so kind and helpful to us and our wishes, sometimes before we even realized what those were. But I need you to know that mom's nurse on the day she died was Katie. She truly exemplified not only grace and skill at her profession, but she excelled at the real values of our Savior. Her prayer at the bedside was so heartfelt and personal, I felt she was part of our family. Katie was a stranger to us. She is now starting in my prayers of gratitude. Please share this and the enclosed with her. Your presence, prayer, and support were gifts from God. May He richly bless your life and your career.
