Katelyn Garlick, RN, BSN

Katelyn is an exceptional nurse at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. She has worked in the organization for two years and started in the orthopedic unit and transferred to Critical Care during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She was nominated for her quick clinical response to a neurologic patient. A family member of the patient reached out to the DAISY Committee and was grateful for her compassion and advocacy and reported that her clinical judgment saved his mother-in-law’s life. Katelyn is an exceptional clinician and well-deserving of the DAISY Award. She is compassionate, eager to learn, and a team player. ABMC is lucky to have her.
