My mother-in-law was cared for by Katie. Katie has gone above and beyond to care for her. My mother-in-law broke her right hip, and Katie’s compassion and humor made her hospital stay more endurable. Katie advocated for her on several different occasions. She went above and beyond to explain in detail the circumstances and procedure, despite it being Katie’s day off. She went above and beyond for her team to come in and take care of my mother-in-law as well as so many other patients, furthermore, my mother-in-law wanted it known that Katie was more than compassionate, she was respectful, knowledgeable, skilled, patient, flexible and empathetic.
