I had to be induced at 36 weeks for gestational HTN. Kate was my nurse for the majority of my labor up to our delivery. She was detailed in her explanation of my choices for pain management/induction techniques/etc, listened to what I wanted for a birth plan, and was very involved with my care. She made me feel comfortable and safe in her care as a first-time mom.
