A patient's wife called my desk phone and left a voicemail with a glowing compliment of the service, care, and support she and her husband received by Katelyn before and after his procedure. This is the voicemail she left:
"My husband had surgery yesterday and I'm calling about his nurse Katelyn. She was very sweet, on point, and a 5-star nurse. You probably need like 20 or 30 more like her. She took very good care of my husband and always checked on me to see if I needed anything. I really appreciate her service and I appreciate her."
This patient's wife took time out of her day to track down my desk number to leave me this voicemail about Katelyn. These positive impacts we have on our patients and their families really make a difference in their overall experience. Thank you, Katelyn!
