Katie always goes above and beyond in delivering necessary and compassionate care to our geriatric population. One example of such caring was Mr. R who was confused and delirious and she walked him all over the hospital, split her lunch with him so he would feel comfortable and kept him intellectually engaged all while taking care of other patients with different levels of acuity. She always demonstrates professionalism and genuinely cares about her patients' comfort not just their presenting problem.
