Katelyn Rathof 3, MSN, RN

I want to nominate Katelyn Rathof, ED Nurse Manager because she is a patient and supportive leader. She is very transparent and honest with her staff which provides a trusting environment. Katelyn never hesitates to jump in and help any of the staff provide patient care. She is not a leader who says “Do better” she is a leader who says, “How can I help you do better?” I really respect and honor her as a leader because she honestly values the staff’s feedback. She does not simply point out tasks that need completing – she steps in and assists! Katelyn is a strong hands-on leader and a great role model.
