My Daughter birthed a baby girl recently. I felt the need to reach out and express how grateful I was to your staff member, Katelyn. She was a remarkable nurse. The service itself from the time we walked in until we left, was impeccable. The care and the one on one that Katie gave my daughter exceeded all. My daughter is a first-time mom and did not know what to expect. Everything was explained in great detail and Katie was by her side at all times when needed. My oldest daughter drove from Georgia to be by her little sister’s side, and she was just as impressed, if not more. You are very blessed to have a nurse who comes to work with a smile, and humor and is very professional at all times. Thank you for all the care that was given. Please let Katie know to continue to do what she is doing.... we are still smiling and still so very grateful.
