Katelyn stayed with me, reassured me, and helped calm me down.
Katelyn provided excellent care and excellent attentiveness! She was always there to help when I needed it and to provide information. I think she is an amazing nurse and Mercy is lucky to have her! She was right there with me the whole time. I was upset and scared when first coming to the ICU. She stayed with me, reassured me, and helped calm me down. She let me know and made me feel like everything was going to be fine. I can't thank her enough!
