I would like to acknowledge Katelynn Lines for her care of my husband during his stay in the CVICU. My daughter is also a nurse and the professionalism displayed between Katelynn and my daughter was wonderful to see. Katelynn made a very stressful time a little easier. She took the time to explain everything that was going on during his stay. Her calm, reassuring demeanor was so welcoming as we were very worried as to what tomorrow would bring.
