I would like to acknowledge Katelynn Lines for her care of my husband during his stay in the CVICU. My daughter is also a nurse and the professionalism displayed between Katelynn and my daughter was wonderful to see. Katelynn made a very stressful time a little easier. She took the time to explain everything that was going on during his stay. Her calm, reassuring demeanor was so welcoming as we were very worried as to what tomorrow would bring. Her smile as she walked into the room each time was a welcoming sight. Thank you, Katelynn, for doing what you do without any effort. Continue your compassion and caring!
