Kathaleen Black, RN

Kathaleen had become my night nurse while I was delivering my son. I am 26 years old, and this was my first delivery. My labor was long, and Kathaleen was there every step of the way. Even though my labor had some complications, she always made sure I was informed and answered all my questions. She had an exceptional bedside manner and even got me things like water and pillows. She was also able to care for me and my son after his delivery and was amazing at caring for both of us. I began to look forward to her shifts. I was sad that I was discharged before telling her goodbye. Kathaleen should be recognized for her consistent and devoted care to her patients, and her endless kindness. Kathaleen has made such an impression on me that I know if I were to have a similar experience, there is no one else I would rather have taking care of me.
