First off, I am sending this via mail because your online site does not work. I wish to nominate Kathy Rock for her extraordinary work in accommodating me in my recent visit to the Preadmission Testing Unit on 3/23/2023. As a candidate for knee surgery, she not only fulfilled her duties to perform these services, but made sure that other services from my other doctors were fulfilled. I had bloodwork orders from my oncologist (Dr. Warren) and my primary care doctor (Dr. Ludwig) for lymphoma and cholesterol respectfully. She went out of her way to go through protocol to make sure these procedures were taken care of. Through all of these steps, she made sure that I was comfortable with these procedures by completely caring for my comfort and understanding of all this during the process. She is a positive asset to your organization and worthy of any and all accolades you bestow upon her. I, once again, wish to submit this note to nominate her as an Extraordinary Nurse. I also would like to note that I did not know her prior to this visit. This recommendation is coming from someone who worked in the restaurant business for 45 years and truly understands the meaning of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! P.S.
