We are thrilled to celebrate your tremendous work in our organization, not just for 2022 but for the last ten years. You have dedicated yourself to our patients, facilities, and our program. My time with you started when I was a scheduler, and you would often times come to help cover the Phoenix Area at a moment’s notice. You would travel up here for days at a time to help us when we were in dire need. You have always been wonderfully accommodating to our team in its entirety, regardless of which area you covered. Having you transition to the Phoenix Area full-time was a great blessing to our program.

You have shown resilience through staffing restrictions, COVID, and multi-modality coverage for any and all hospitals, regardless of distance. You have been nominated by many of your peers for your continuous and unwavering dedication and work. You embody our core values every day with how you show up for our team and your patients. There is never a doubt that you are delivering superior care. We have you here today to thank you not only for a decade of dedication to our organization, but also for setting the standard in our industry. You exemplify what new nurses such as myself can only aspire to – a lifelong devotion and pledge to serving others. With a 25-year commitment to nursing, you truly are beyond admirable.
