I brought my husband in for a heart attack. The hospital was very full and we had to stay in the ER for 29 hours which included overnight. We are both in our 70's. Alexx was very kind to my husband and checked on him often even though there were 130 patients in the ER that night. I suffer from arthritis and because I had no idea that he had a heart attack, I was without my medication or other supplies for myself. We live over an hour away. She was able to get us some heated blankets, some food ( we had not eaten lunch or dinner), and a pillow for me. She also told me where to get some Tylenol. After 14 hours in a straight back chair which was painful for me, here comes Alexx with a big old heavy recliner at 2 in the morning. She was a godsend. As a result of her kind assistance, I was more comfortable and my husband was able to stop worrying about me. I feel that Alexx shows extraordinary compassion to the patient and to the patient's family. Alexx is a gem.
