Katherine Beck, RN

It's hard to pinpoint one situation where Katie Beck went above and beyond because I see it every shift we work together. Not only does she help their own patients' every need, but they answer any and all call lights from the entire floor. There's been many times that I know they are already busy, but they see me running behind and jump in to help me wherever they can. When patients or their family members are anxious or upset, she is quick to jump in with empathy and understanding, never losing their patience. Katie is a joy to work with and treats every patient as if they were a part of her own family.
