Kathy is our resource nurse. The entire staff looks up to her and seeks out her expertise. As an RRT nurse, she is being called with questions and advice, even though she is working on the floor. She speaks up, stands out and assists others whenever they need help.

Kathy loves her patients and their families. She is an excellent nurse and a great resource for the float pool. Kathy advocates for patient-centered care and strives for excellence. She works hard with different committees to achieve our goals.

Kathy has developed a high level of nursing skill over the years. She is often the RRT or Flyer; especially on nights. This enables her to use her skills to help many fellow RN's and patients. She is always on the lookout to improve patient care.

Kathy serves on several of our organization committees to bring the staff nurse view and concerns into light. She advocates for patients, resources for nurses and excellent patient care.
