Katie Cotter had my family member on a few shifts. Katie was trying to encourage my mother to sit up in a chair. She said no. Then, Katie said about dangling her legs first on the other side of the bed. Not only did Katie show compassion and empathy, but trust as much as love. She even gave mom a back rub and massage. Mom wanted to take Katie home. Katie made a big difference in the care mom received. She was also a good listener always very professional with a nice smile on her beautiful face.
