Time flies, the feelings stay, and my thankfulness is forever. I would like to recognize this Nurse, because of her unique way of offering her professional services, we, as a family, I, as a patient and more as a person would like to appreciate this hospital for having such an amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and compassioned worker like this Nurse. 

I worked as a Clinical Social Worker for almost 25 years. Her pure energy, being able to transmit services with ease, knowledge, and being extremely caring surprised and impressed me. Her transparent personality, her strong capacity to spread life, energy, and power was a blessing for me. When I was very sick and devastated YOU raised my spirits and my desire to reach my health goals. Thanks so much to this Nurse for her outstanding services. I do not have words for something that touches my soul.

I am the patient’s daughter, and I would like to add from a family member's point of view. This Nurse certainly has what it takes to be a great nurse. This case is specifically difficult because family members are not allowed to be in the rooms with the family members admitted. You must understand that it does not matter the severity of the patient, people are going to be fearful and anxious of the unknown. I can tell you that with only talking to this Nurse very few times, she absolutely made me feel at peace with what was going on. She assured me that she was doing everything possible to get my mom feeling better and that she was pushing her to make progress. What I am saying is that nowadays it is not often you come across people that are compassionate under stress and being busy. This Nurse always took time to talk to me when I called and made sure that I felt like I had my concerns addressed before hanging up the phone, I highly praise that. This Nurse is an amazing nurse and an excellent communicator with patients and family members which is the complete package. She is a great asset to your team, and I think it is important that you know that.
