Katherine was nominated by a peer as she observed Katherine provide life-saving measures to a baby and truly advocated for the baby's safety when everything was against her. She escalated to the very best of her ability and did not stop until she knew it was the safest, best treatment the baby was receiving. She saved an infant's life!
