Kate has been so caring, kind, and understanding. Our 5-month-old little boy was admitted into the hospital and as you can imagine as parents we were so upset. Kate kept us up to date with every going on with him and also tried to help calm him down when she saw me and his daddy get stressed.
At night, with our son, she made sure when it was his feeding time she didn't wake him as she knew he had been crying all day and was so quiet. She also let me and my partner sleep while she took over and did our jobs as she knew we were awake all night the day he got admitted.
The best nurse I have ever come across who really cared not just for my son but also for us as parents, and what we have to go through.
Truly amazing. She deserves a gold medal. Thank you, Kate, we won't forget how nice you were to us.
