Mi mamá se realizó un AngioTAC Coronario, el cual tuvo que repetirse varias semanas después.

Quería compartir nuestra experiencia. La primera vez que fuimos, aunque yo no era la paciente, me sentía muy nerviosa por el procedimiento que le iban a realizar a mi mamá. A veces uno empieza a investigar en Internet y se encuentra con videos sobre tragedias ocasionadas por reacciones al medio de contraste y muchas otras cosas.

Estaba tan nerviosa que casi cancelo la cita, pero al final decidimos ir. Ese día nos atendió una enfermera llamada Katherine Fallas, a quien describiría como un ángel en la tierra. Con su hermoso carisma y su forma de ser, logró transformar el miedo que sentíamos en sonrisas. La segunda vez que fuimos, Katherine también nos atendió y, como siempre, su trato fue excelente. Es una persona con una calidez humana increíble, que siempre brinda tranquilidad y confianza al paciente.

Queremos expresar nuestra más sincera felicitación a Katherine Fallas por siempre atendernos con tanta amabilidad y por preocuparse por el bienestar del paciente. Ojalá hubiera personas como ella en todos los lugares, que van más allá de simplemente cumplir con su trabajo. Se nota que ama su profesión y lo que hace.

También quería agradecer al Dr. Lostalo, a quien no conozco personalmente, pero que se comportó como un verdadero profesional al querer brindar un informe de calidad.

Al principio, tal vez me molestó un poco que tuvieran que repetir el estudio, pero después de que me explicaron el motivo, comprendí que el doctor, actuando con mucho profesionalismo, quería asegurarse de brindar un estudio de la mejor calidad.

I wanted to share our experience. The first time we went, even though I was not the patient, I felt very nervous about the procedure my mother was going to have. Sometimes you start researching on the internet and come across videos about tragedies caused by reactions to contrast dye and many other things.

I was so nervous that I almost canceled the appointment, but in the end, we decided to go. That day, we were cared for by a nurse named Katherine Fallas, whom I would describe as an angel on earth. With her wonderful personality and charisma, she turned the fear we had into smiles. The second time we went, Katherine also cared for us, and as always, her treatment was excellent. She is a person with incredible human warmth who always provides reassurance and comfort to the patient.

We would like to extend our most sincere congratulations to Katherine Fallas for always treating us with such kindness and for caring about the patient's well-being. I wish there were people like her everywhere—people who go beyond simply doing their job. It is clear that she loves her profession and her work.

I also wanted to thank Dr. Lostalo, whom I have never met in person, but who behaved like a true professional by wanting to provide a quality report.

At first, I may have been a little upset that the study had to be repeated, but after they explained the reason, I understood that the doctor, being very professional, wanted to provide a high-quality study.
