She demonstrated such attentive, compassionate, informative care to me. She gave me clear instructions about the positions I needed to stay in during this process of healing. Also, she came in and noticed my chapped lips and very sore throat, so she brought me sore throat spray and Carmex to help, and I didn't even have to ask; she was ahead of the need. Katherine informed me of every medication and why it was given. I felt very safe and cared for by her excellent bedside manner and knowledge.
