Katherine is one of the most inquisitive nurses in the division. She consistently asks well thought-out questions and seeks out the answers in order to improve her knowledge base and her craft.
Once the patient (an unstable infant after a surgical procedure) arrived, Katherine and another nurse whisked into a whirlwind of action. Their suggestions resulted in multiple therapeutic maneuvers that were implemented with success. Without them, this patient may not have stabilized at the rate that she did.
