Katie has grown so much as a leader and nurse. She helped me through a difficult situation with a pediatric patient and their family. She was empathetic and considerate as she really took charge and even walked me through the process, as it was my first time. She does so much for the department and, in such a short time, has grown into her role as a leader in the ED.
