Katie had a true, genuine care for our family - especially our little girl. She went out of her way multiple times to make her happy by keeping her mind occupied while watching her mom struggle for her life. Our little girl went through more than any 8-year old should ever have to go through. Katie bought her toys to play with so she wouldn't be stuck in the room 24/7. She also took her to the zoo on her day off. She had a connection to our family that showed every time she worked. Katie, you are a GREAT nurse!
