Kat's dedication to the Emergency Department is unwavering.She is always doing projects, educating, and advocating for her fellow staff members.She is intuitive of the feeling and issues of the staff.Many of the projects and committee work she does is done in addition to her work schedule.She is an active member of the Nurse Practice Council.She is a role model, demonstrates professionalism, goes above and beyond, and deserves to be recognized with The DAISY Award.
