...My mom was very sick when she was in the ICU. Libby was her nurse and was able to make my family and my mother feel like we were her only focus, even though she was dealing with a very busy unit. She offered to be by my mother's side so that I could take some time to take care of myself and kept me updated while I was away. Libby really made a difference in our lives.
