Katherine has consistently gone beyond and above in caring for our patient. She has spent as much time as needed helping the family understand everything going on. Additionally, Katherine spent time coordinating a translator and looking for materials for our family that speaks Korean. Katherine made sure she coordinated communication from the physicians so that we understood the severity of the issues at hand. While we know Katherine had other patients, you would never know it. You all have complete joy and professionalism in Katherine. She is someone we would always want to treat our family and any other medical professional can learn from Katherine and her actions.
