I was in town with a group of guys on a fishing trip and had a heart attack. I was very frightened. She kept me comfortable and bolstered my confidence in my Dr (who I did not know at all). She was professional yet personable and caring. Being from out of town there were a number of callers and each later told me they felt better after speaking with Katie about my care. I feel very fortunate. I think she played a large role in the positive outcome.
