Katherine went above and beyond to care for my young daughter after she mangled her finger in a door. Even though it was busy, she took the time to offer support and ensure everything went smoothly. She and the rest of the ED team ensured that my daughter's IV insertion went smoothly and was as easy on her as possible. She explained everything every step of the way. She was kind, caring, supportive and encouraging. These small gestures and acts of kindness go a long way and are very appreciated!
