I work with Katherine every day in the operating room. She has helped guide me from a medical student to resident to fellow and now attending. The operating room only works when the team functions on all cylinders. Katherine's ability to anticipate problems and mitigate them prior to them occurring is unparalleled.

Katherine is hands down one of the best nurses I have ever worked with. She is outstanding and always goes above and beyond her duties. She is compassionate and always thinks of everyone in the room. The patient is always first but she helps everyone. She has scrubbed and first assisted on emergency cases until help arrived.
She mentors residents, nurses, anesthesia, scrub nurses, and myself.
